Project Manager
Calamar is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager in our Hospitality Division.
This position will oversee and manage hotel/hospitality construction projects from design to close out under the financial, qualitative and time sensitive objectives and satisfaction of the customer. Work with construction team to develop estimates, schedules; processing of submittals, Requests for Information, change orders, progress reports, closeout documents; ensuring compliance with plans and specifications, and other contract documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
- Seven (7) years of experience in construction with an increase in responsibility.
- MS Office, MS Project, Timberline, 3D Architect, AutoCad, LT2000, and Computer Ease required.
- Position requires demonstrated results in a leadership position and project management in commercial construction.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, exceptional interpersonal communication, presentation and writing skills,
- Unpredictable travel to job site necessitates a valid driver's license.
This position offers a competitive compensation along with an excellent benefit package.
EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
