General Laborer
Looking for a General Laborer who will work on all aspects of the maintenance and renovation of buildings and properties owned by Irr Supply. Employees work independently, and with other staff, to accomplish a broad range of interior and exterior tasks. Work will include short-term projects such as minor repairs of existing facilities and exterior grounds. In addition there will be larger renovation projects that will entail heavier construction.
Physical Requirements
o Lift and move at least 50 lbs
o Set up and use extension ladders and scaffolding to access roof surfaces or building sides
o Set up and use step ladders
o Work on floor surfaces
o Ability to remain standing or in motion for extended periods of time
Work Environments
o Interior ( Conditioned & Unconditioned space)
o Exterior ( All seasons)
o RoofsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
