30pm with occasional weekends 8am-12pm Irr Supply's Facilities staff performs a variety of services for the company.
Tasks will vary greatly based on the season and the nature of the project.
The majority of projects are completed in the Western New York area.
Occasional overnight travel is required.
Staff members will work on projects ranging from basic maintenance tasks to complex renovation and construction projects.
The Facilities department will also complete work such as moving and setting up or dismantling shelving and pallet racking.
Facilities staff may be engaged in any or all of the following trades:
Carpentry Electrical Plumbing Welding HVAC Commercial Roofing Painting Concrete/Masonry Security Camera installation Experience in all of the trades listed above is not a requirement for employment.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in one or more of the trades listed and will continue to add additional skills through on-the-job training and learning opportunities.
Facilities staff must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods.
A clean driving record and a valid NYS driver's license are required.
