The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in both upscale casual and fast casual restaurants.
The Host/Host will be responsible for greeting guests, taking reservations, seating guests, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and seat them at their tables.
Answer phone calls and take reservations.
Provide menus and take orders.
Keep the dining area clean and organized.
Ensure that all customers are satisfied with their meals.
Assist wait staff in clearing tables and resetting them for the next customers.
Be knowledgeable about the menu and specials.
